| Instructions |

Determine the extent of the damage. If your counter
is high gloss and only slightly damaged, begin with the higher
grades, 600 or 800. If the counter has more severe damage, begin
with the 300 and work up to the higher grades. |

Begin by sanding in a straight line pattern across the damaged
area. Do not sand in a circular motion. Check damage removal
every 2 - 3 minutes. Wipe the surface clean with a flannel cloth
(paper towels can cause more scratches!). Change the sanding
pattern by 90 degrees when changing grades of material. |

If damage has been completely removed, proceed to the next
grade. IMPORTANT! Check surface for correct finish, make sure
the repaired area is blending with the existing surface finish.
If you get a milky / hazy appearance, repeat the last step using
a spritz of water. |

Castech, Inc. is pleased
to pleased to offer a warranty that covers more than just manufacturing
defects in the material. Our
warranty covers your project as installed. This is your foremost
assurance of true quality.
Castech warrants to the original owner of a Castech SOLARIS installation
that Castech will, at its option, repair or replace, without
charge, such product if it fails due to any manufacturing, fabricating,
or installation defect during the first Ten (10) years after
initial installation except for damage caused by physical or
chemical
abuse or damage from excessive heat. This includes all necessary
and reasonable labor charges needed to repair or replace the
product covered hereunder.
This installed warranty applies only to PERMANENTLY INSTALLED
SOLARIS products:

Purchased after January 1, 1996, for use in the United States;

With a brand plate affixed to the installation and fabrication/
installed by Castech certified or approved fabrication/installation
source;

| • |
Which have not been moved from their original
place of installation;

| • |
Which are maintained according to the Castech SOLARIS Use & Care
Brochure. A copy may be obtained, free of charge, from your
Castech certified or approved fabrication/installation source
or by contacting Castech

Including seam performance, but not appearance. |
Installation not fabricated/installed by a Castech certified
or approved fabrication/installed source are warranted against
Castech manufacturing defects only, during the first ten years
after initial installation.
Castech’s obligation hereunder is limited solely to the
repair or replacement including necessary and reasonable labor
charges of SOLARIS product purchased hereunder. No express or
implied warranty of merchantability or “fitness for a particular
purpose is granted by this warranty except as expressly stated
herein. Except as provided herein, Castech shall not be liable
in either tort or contract for any loss direct, consequential
or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to
use SOLARIS products hereunder. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty give the purchaser specific legal rights; other
rights may also be available which may vary from state to state.
Castech’s 10-Year installed warranty coverage for SOLARIS
